How much is a badge?

What will a badge allow me access to?

The show badge will allow entrance to both CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE exhibits on all official show days (March 22 - 26, 2011).

I haven't registered to attend the show yet but I want to reserve my hotel room. How can I do that?

To ensure that the show exhibitors and attendees have the best access to hotel rooms, only registered attendees and exhibitors may reserve rooms through the official show block. To register, visit the attendee or exhibitor registration pages.

Is there a list of the official show hotels and discounted rates?

Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve a hotel room?

No. Show Management requires only a credit card to guarantee against future cancellation of your hotel reservation or block of rooms.

Will there be shuttle bus service to the show?

Yes. Free shuttle service will be provided between the Las Vegas Convention Center and all official show hotels except for those that are within walking distance to the center. The shuttles will run on show days, March 22-26, 2011, peak service only.

Is there parking available at the Las Vegas Convention Center?

Parking is not available on the Las Vegas Convention Center campus during the 2011 shows. There are several satellite parking lots around the convention center, including the Las Vegas Hilton, Renaissance and Riviera that will have parking available for a fee.
