Registration Fees and Deadlines

The Advance Discounted Registration Deadline for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 and IFPE 2011 is Monday, February 21, 2011.

Registrations received after this date will be charged the following onsite fees:

Rules & Regulations

Age Limits
Registrants 18 years or older must pay the registration fee. Registration for children under 18 years is complimentary. Children must register due to security concerns and be accompanied by an adult at all times. Identification showing proof of age may be required.

Data Collection, Storage & Show Information
By registering for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 and IFPE 2011 you consent to CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE's collection and storage of data on this form in the United States. The registrant consents to receive all mail, email or phone communications from show management regarding important show information or updates for CONEXPO-CON/AGG and/or IFPE 2011.

Entrance to Exhibits
All attendee classification badges will allow entrance to the exhibits during official show hours. Any exceptions to this rule will have to be approved by show management.

Lost Show Badge
If you misplace your badge, you will be required to show identification and purchase a replacement badge for the fee originally paid.

Refund/Substitution/Cancellation

Refund
All Show Badge/Entrance to Exhibit fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are encouraged as an alternative.

Substitution
Substitutions are allowed for all registration fees. Any substitution after February 21st, 2011 will be processed onsite.

Education Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG Education Session and National Conference on Fluid Power cancellation(s) received on or before February 21st, 2011 will be subject to a $15 processing fee per ticket.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG Workshops and IFPE Course cancellation(s) received on or before February 21st, 2011 will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee per course/session.

NRMCA Certification Course cancellation(s) received on or before February 21st, 2011 will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee per course.

No refunds will be issued after February 21, 2011.

Badge Mailing/Pick-up

Domestic Show Badge Mailing
If you register on or before Monday, February 21st, 2011, your registration packet will be mailed with your show badge, session tickets (if purchased) and Expocard. Packet mailings will begin January 2011 through February 2011. If you register after the advance deadline badges will no longer be mailed, however, you will receive a bar-coded confirmation to bring with you to the show. You will be instructed to take this to an express badge printing area where your confirmation will be scanned and your badge, tickets and expocard will be printed.

International Show Badge Mailing
Those with registration addresses from outside of the United States and Canada will not receive mailed badges. International registrants will receive a bar-coded confirmation to bring with you to the show. You will be instructed to take this to an express badge printing area where your confirmation will be scanned and your badge, tickets and expocard will be printed. Special arrangements can be made for group mailing, however, the registrants will be required to provide shipping & payment information.

Expocard
Each attendee will receive an Expocard also known as an electronic business card that contains your contact information. You may be asked by exhibitors to have your card scanned while visiting the various booths on the show floor (indoors & outdoors). Exhibitors use this tool for post-show follow up and as an Attendee you will receive an email listing of all the exhibit booths you visited to help reconnect, if desired.
